Weird voices

I keep hearing weird voice lines while playing on my warlock. It’s a male voice that has one liners, such as “Did you even try?” “Excellent”, or some cases just laughter “Hehehehe”. Sounds almost goblinish.

Is it an item / enchantment that activates theese? Where does it come from?

Edit: Just heared another freaking line: “theres a method to my madness”… Its freaking annoying.

Not using that weapon, nor do I transmog into it.

Those are however Thal’kiel’s qoutes. May be an addon.

Yeah I found it, it was inside a Weakaura string for Soul Shards, thank you so much!
