This is indeed a known issue:
Some reports indicate it’s still possible to progress in some cases though, so if you discover anything in particular that works – do let us know!
I respect it’s a known issue. But you must also understand the frustrations it brings with it. It’s been 3 months since blizzard aknowledge the issue. Nothing has been resolved since. Not saying you haven’t tried. But it’s a fact it’s still there. It’s the last achievement I am missing for the title. More specificly, I am missing 37 rounds and I would have had the title.
So you must understand. Simply saying “It’s a known issue, have a nice day” isn’t exactly making any customer walk away feeling “oh, well in that case, I’ll just sit and wait”.
