Wendigo Woolies transmog set missing

Hello, all of a sudden my Wendigo Woolies T-Mog set is missing from my account. I still have the Findun & Gillvanas pets that you also got from the Blizzcon 2019 virtual ticket though. This is my favourite and only transmog set I use.

Please help :frowning:

EDIT: I still have the Wendigo set on my US starter account but not on my main EU account. I’m not sure what’s happening.

EDIT2: So after some hours the transmog set is back on my main EU account now thankfully, but I hope this doesn’t happen again :frowning:

It is a known issue and unfortunately there hasn’t been a fix yet. It seems to affect the shop, promotional and RAF transmog items.

Just happened to me after a relog. This issue seems to be coming back from time to time. Anyone else have noticed it?
