I might have missed it due to so much going on but were is he atm ? and also Khadgar? does anyone have any links i can read please . I know google is my friend but i rather hear from other wow player’s thanks.
Malfurion is still in azeroth. If you remember, it was just Tyrande that jumped to hunt sylvanas, the rest of the leaders stayed behind. Probably we will have news from him when we “return” to the world of the living.
On the other hand Khadgar actually left signs that he traveled to the shadowlands and is investigating the dreadlord plots. The story/theories on that are pretty obscure but i believe Bellular has some videos on that.
Probably sleeping.
Highly implied to be Khadgar. Either him or Medivh.
If Khadgar is doing something hes most certainly not going to tell the Alliance or Horde about it because hes one of the few characters in the lore that is absolutely sick of their bickering. A trait he shares with Medivh (whom told Tyrande to shove it during WCIII because he cba with her kindergarten)
So unless he really needs to involve them he probably wont. And then he would rather approach the players first.
He was at a moonwell praying to Elune to remove the nightwarrior from Tyrande…
The next expansion is going to be a night elf civil war.
I take no responsibility if this actually happens
Love the disclaimer
He’s back in Azeroth cheating on Tyrande as we speak.
I do have a feeling the next expansion will be night elf themed!
He’s at home washing dishes like a good houseman.
Jokes aside, I really find it strange that a high ranked member of the Emerald Dream gang never even showed up to Ysera’s resurrection party. But then again, we are currently dealing with a lore writing team that has lost focus completely. They probably didn’t even recognise that they left out the leader of the antlers crew while creating Ardenweald lore. A proper horned bullfight between Denathrius and Illidan is also missing btw.
I hope so rly…
Malfuri-who?
Feels like they just flipped a coin between Shandris and Malfurion to see which one of them would follow into the Shadowlands to bring Tyrande back.
As for what he’s doing I’m assuming he’s “leading” the remaining Kaldorei whatever that means but it’s really out of character for him to not come and help as well.
He’s not a female character, so, don’t expect him to show up in the story anymore.
Nah next expansion is Yrel invading Azeroth, and we get lightforged monks and mag’har paladins.
Heh diversity i like that
That’s perfect i have been waiting you don’t even know how long for some expansion like that i love elves and dreanei so Yrel expansion would be good too.
Thank you all for the replies i look forward to reading the link’s sorry for late reply was busy in raid on main .
Nah, the current writers just have a thing for Shandris. She was one of the main Alliance characters running around Nazjatar too, rather than, y’know, any of the Night Elf characters who actually have a personal history with Azshara.
For what it’s worth, Shandris Feathermoon is the current general of the Night Elves Sentinel Army, and adopted daughter of Tyrande lol it’s not like it’s some rando night elf plucked from Darkshore or anything who’s running around.
i miss dadgar badly…
even though i wasnt around legion i read the novels on the first contact war where young trust was heavily involved
Yes, but she fundamentally has no greater connection to Azshara than any other Night Elf of similar age, which makes her an odd pick when you’ve got existing characters like Tyrande, Malfurion and even Mordent Evenshade which do have those connections (Not to mention, in Tyrande’s case, a pre-existing reason to be pursuing Nathanos across the sea). A completely generic unnamed “Shen’dralar Mage” would have had more of a connection to Azshara and Nazjatar than Shandris did.
It’s not that I dislike her, she just felt very out of place considering the other characters involved in the story so far.
