What’s the consensus with DH gameplay?

What is the public opinion on talents like Tactical Retreat and Inertia making movement skills a core part of your rotation? I really like the aesthetic and theme of DH but for the life of me can’t get into it because of these two.

its boring and clunky atm. rotation and opener takes forever and other classes press 3 buttons and kill you.

I think is a fun concept, and it was always fun. The main downside is that Fell Rush cannot be used consistently, and most times is a drawback to the class rather than a boost.
However, I think is pretty easy to fix this and I hardly see any problems with it. Make it cancelable into other abilities, so you can, at least, hit the enemy and stop near them as opposed to flying past them.
Basically make it act like Vengeful Retreat
