What’s your favorite hunter pet?

I’m just curious as a hunter main.

I like the vulpine and Kul Tiran horses among other pets.

Pandaren Serpents are great too.

The snowy animals ones are great too!

(+ when can we finally tame penguins :slightly_frowning_face: )

I just use a default wolf from somewhere because pets are not really interesting like they used to be many years ago. :frowning:

on my BM hunter i’m using bakars, while on my survival i’m using an Duck!
i think Bakars, Ducks and Ottuks are one of the best simple yet awesome pets!

im using a bee for like ever, i dont really care about pets anymore

My hunter got that elite bear from the north of Bloodmyst Isle back when Elite pets were still better than regular pets.
I still use it mostly when I play my hunter, which isn’t often.

I went with the lynxes and dragonhawks of Eversong, personally… as faction pride rules.

I might not be a hunter main but I’d sure want such a cat!

The lone wolf talent is the best. No pet at all.

If i would have to pick a pet tho i would say the pink plainstrider in mulgore. Because it looks horrible

my belf hunter is waiting for these guys to get a model update. They look dreadful but she would def drag hers out of the stable if they didnt look like they were made of Lego!!

My favourite pets are probably the ones that look most realistic for hunting…so Bakars and BFA hawks.

i wish they would update all old pet models. including Stranglethorn panthers, Cheetah, Uldum camels, Lynxes, Barren Giraffes, barren zebras, among others.

I like loads of them, but I feel pretty limited in my choice because we cannot set our pets skillset anymore like we could in the past. We’re basically limited to using ferocity pets for the most part; and I’m not a min-max person at all as most regulars here will know. But having your pet die loads of times during gameplay just isn’t fun.

So, I’d like to use some of the pets that I really like.
I’m glad I still love wolves, so those are often my go to and I have a considerable selection of them in my stable.

I use that ugly hydra from Blackwing Descent. Chimmeron or something. It has a Mortal Wounds effect and the def CD.

If I picked just based on looks, I would use cloud serpents, as they are my favorite mount/pet/WoW animal.
