What’s the best possible weapon’s imbues right now for shamans in raid? I mean RB is just a massive dmg buff but you cannot max you dps becuase you have to stop a lot of times due to taking to much agrro with additional threath on RB. So is it 2x WF now Or Wf/FT?
I’m currently using WF/FT and its been doing fairly decent damage whilst maintaining maelstrom for CL or off heals.
With the lava lash buff I was getting 600ish crits at level 39, before it was no where near that.
I just dinged 40 so still testing with stormstrike in the mix now as well.
Positive side of not using rockbiter now is threat is a lot easier to manage, downside mana regen from rage is no where near as good
It depends. All in all they’re fairly close to eachother now in terms of DPS, so just play what you like best. For offhand that is, on your mainhand you want WF.
I tried WF/FT and WF/RB yesterday. Even using Lava lash the damage was around 300 with FT and around 260 without due to RB attack power.
Due to high armour in Gnomeregan lavalash and ft damage could be better. RB is just so good as it adds AP to your mainhand swings and shaman rage is terrible without atleast one RB. Switching to RB/RB every one minute is a horrible way to play when the buffs only last 5 minutes.
