I have a question on how am I supposed to loot [Loot-Filled Pumpkin] or [Cache of the Ley-Guardian] (which contains [Reins of the Blue Drake] ) if the RDF tool has been removed from the game , atleast make it that we get it as a daily reward on the end of Occulus heroic and Hollow’s end dungeon event .

You get those packages from doing certain tasks like Dungeoning as Healer or Tank, quests, dailies etc, I think these can now hand out these items in some way.
Still dunno why bliz thinks giving these goody bags somehow encourages more tanks, pple dont tank cause the community want speedruns so new tanks dont get a chance to even practice lol
Yeah I know they suck, I’m a healer and an alchemist, I can’t keep new tanks mass pulling in HCs alive which makes everyone rage and the packages ruined my profession profit.
those are not the same packages that I’m talking about man , those are bags that normaly used to dorp from RDF that were only obtainable by finishing a RDF , the newly added ones are jus a way to kill alchemy nothing more
If you want the blue drake you have to do Eye of Eternity.
How are they gonna kill alchemy when all they give is mana potions and mountain water?
Uh, you havent looked at the flask market caused by tank and healer rewards have ya?
They aint the same bags you get from quests.
