I have looked into gladius ex and it doesnot seem to support mouseover healing .
Any addon or something that will help me to mouseover heal or do i just stick with blizzard ui to do healing ?
You could write mouseover macroâs. I personally donât have addon for dedicated mouseover. Gladiusex does have a click section for party and arena. wich can be used to bind spells to right or left click also mouseover I think.

Mouseovers arenât great as healing is about tempo. Think about the time it takes to hover your mouse over a certain player in your frames. Instead you should learn to heal by using keybinds that are bound to important spells that you reapply when they are dispelled, by this i mean your heals. So what I suggest is to find the best working solution that you can target your party 1 and 2.

I do use mouseover macros . I must have missed the option in Gladius ex 
. I will look at it again .
I couldnât really get used to healing on disc with mouseover.(movement just felt awkward) switched to mousewheel up party1 mousewheel down party2. feels like whole different game
mouseover works well with healing addons such as healbot and vuhdoo. However, these are used in raids/dungeons, not in arena. In arena it is way better to have target macro (target arena1, target arena 2) etc. That way you can spend more time and focus on positioning, lossing casts etc.
Edit: with that said, it is possible to set up gladius for enemy team and then Vuhdoo for your party, which you can have for mouseover.
Mouseovers are already built into the game, no addon needed.
You can click on frames too, no add-on needed.
I think the majority of top player use scroll 1-2-3.
Try HealBot Continued Addon
Clique is excellent. You can make macros too if you really want to mouseover instead of using keys.
