I started a new rogue char and one of my addons is adding those annoying bars to my char. I checked ElvUI and WeakAuras, but it seems like it’s neither. If someone knows what addon adds those bars, please let me know!

I think you can disable the ability stuff below the energy bar/ combo point bar separately.
Well it does look like it, however I have 6 weak auras installed, none of them is even close to this one. I’m loosing my mind here! I think there is some addon that uses this WA behind the scenes.
looks like the personal resource display to me. can disable it in interface->names under unit nameplates.
