Considering servers are monofaction atm distinction between PvE and PvP isn’t that much. As for the question… The highest population is on Firemaw with roughly 15k Next would be Pyrewood with around 10k then Earthshaker with 9.9k and Mirage Raceway with 7.5k but also having around 3k horde players.

Plenty of alliance on Mirage raceway
The most populous realms are obvious from the realm list on the blizzard webpages.
Just remember to scout the realm first for which faction you want. There are no PvP realms with a decent balanced population. Most are like PvE realms now, Firemaw for Alliance and the others for Horde.
