What are current requirements for unlocking allied races in legion area?

i am looking to unlock nighborne ,void elf and lightforged draenei allied races .
what are the requirements to unlock them ?

To create an Allied Race character, you must first unlock them by completing their respective recruitment quest chain. The quest chains can be started in Stormwind or Orgrimmar Embassy.

The quest chains to unlock Allied Races require the character to be level 40+. All quest chains are faction-specific, such as Horde for Highmountain Tauren and Alliance for Lightforged Draenei.

so in other words these quest chains will show up when i reach lvl 40 with the character ?

Yes.
Kinda very easy task now. Can be done in 15 minutes for a race.
