what pve talent build do you recommend for pve destro?
open world/dungeons…
it’s pretty hard for me to find a nice talent combo for destro.

I like my own destruction build for questing and casual play, including dungeons.
I run GrimSac 9 out of 10 times, but I’ll pull out the blueberry as needed.
I used to play with the talent that allows you to machine gun chaos bolts after summoning your infernal, but recently switched to the rain of fire build. It’s really fun to play, you just hit 2 (sometimes 3) buttons and that’s it. After affli or arcane mage my fingers and brain are finally allowed to rest
There are two scenarios where destro performs ok (not superb, but ok) in Dragonflight:
(1) Kurog Grimtotem fight in the VotI raid
(2) high mythic+ keystones (like 22++) assuming lots of high-health enemies are pulled at the same time who have to stay fixed at the same place until they die
Everywhere else, i.e. EVERYWHERE in casual pve content, destro is the worst dps class-spec in the game: highly underwhelming in its output, highly unfun with its slowly-ramping flatline (i.e. all of its nukes have similar damage-per-casttime) damage profile, and highly restricting with its long cast times and low mobility.
Open world & Dungeon, I’d try the Burn to Ashes build. That or the rain of fire one.
You can both find them on wowhead/sjele stream if you look hard enough etc
Farming 5-10 keys at the moment, 1-2 dps-wise places so far.
So, I guess in the company of noobs destro is not the noobiest
I have a few fun ideas but it also requires itemization as well.
You could go for all the ST spells/modifier talents, get full haste - mastery items (inc. trinkets / procs / food / gems etc.) and play chaos incarnate and just BLAST on ST.
