New in BFA. I have 150 engineering and have made the 415 goggles and the battle res items along with a few goblin gliders so I don’t go splat.
What else from previous expansions should I get?
Jeeves is one I’m looking at.

Yea, Jeeves is nice,
MOLL-E portable mailbox (might be less mandatory if you did the mailroom quest line in legion but still very nice)
The Reaves robot from legion, including its wormhole module and blingtron module (Blingtron 6000).
All the Wormhole/Ultrasafe teleporters, every expansion has 1 or 2, some depend on either the goblin or gnomish specialisation you can do a short questline for in Orgrimmar.
Get tinkers applied to your belt and cloak (i like the speedboost and goblinglider tinkers)
That’s the main things that spring to mind at the moment.
If you’re a collector there is a wide range of mounts, pets and toys that are worth unlocking as well.
How could you forget the loot-a-rang?!
Aslo, Molle have a much shorter cd than the mailbox toy.
Moll-e only works on draenor doesn’t it?
Auto-hammers, good for self use and ah
Moll-E works everywhere.
The mailroom toy works everywhere too, but it is an actual toy which means it works on all your characters.
Both have their ups and downs, having both gives you the best of both worlds.
Auto-hammers are ok, but they’re not really engineering-specific of course (anyone can use them), but like you say, you could still sell them on the AH.
The Reaves bot has a build-in repair mode that basicly makes it a free auto-hammer, so engineers will want to use that themselves instead.
Jeeves can also provide repairs, and if you only have to repair yourself (and not other partymembers) then many other non-engineering things, like argent gruntling can do that too.
As for the Draenor-only thing, you were thinking of those throwaway items you can get from the engineering shack (which isn’t exclusive to engineers).
