What are the requirements now to unlock blood elf heritage armor in shadowlands?

so has there been any change in requirements for unlocking blood elf heritage armor ? what i understand are these requirements .feel free to correct me if i am wrong .

  1. i need to be revered with blood elf .
  2. with the same blood elf character i need to level up to level 50 ?

Used to be Exalted, or did they lower it?

Wowhead should have it, although the details may be old.
