What breed of dog is Arfus?

I got a question after having played some Hearthstone which introduced a new character or companion for the Lich King Arthas, named Arfus, this good boy was put into WoW in the last Hallow’s End.

I was wondering to myself that this dog must be inspired by a breed that eixst in real life, but i was not able to figure out which one, does anyone knows?

Labs have a short coat, this boi has a long one and floofy tail and brings you presents instead of eating them :relieved:
