Hi all. I am Stück to low population realm. Are there cross realm guilds. I target doing? + and heroic raiding.
Just take a peek in the group finder option (I) and have a browse through to find something you’re looking for. Cross realm just means you’re linked, so you can join guilds from a connected realm and send post to other realms you’re connected to.

Cross-realm guilds exist, if your realm is connected to certain other realms. PuGs are cross-realm, so if you get lucky there should be an HC PuG in the Group Finder sometime.
if you open the group finder you will see 100 wts boost ads, that is one option.
the other is go through hell with pugs
the other is find a community / ‘‘xrealm guild’’
Check out communities. They work cross-realm. Kinda like guilds, but without the perks.
If you can find a suitable Community, that’s great!
As I recall your earlier post, you are a bit ambitious about pushing keys. These Discords are alwo worth considering:

guilds are bound to your server group. You can do pugs, but if you want proper premades then you got to go for communities. They are basicly like guilds but across all servers for your faction. The only downside is you dont get the bank and other guild perks. But you can be in multiple communities and a guild at the same time
There are the so called “Communities”, which I think are pretty much cross-realm guilds, you might wanna check that out as well.
