What crafting profession combo for Hunter?

I have always had a hard time to pick my professions for each class because I don’t want to drop one later on.

Right now I am trying to pick a secondary crafting profession for my Troll Hunter.
I currently have Engineering but don’t know what a fun secondary one would be for me.
Gold making/viable for high tier stuff is nothing I care about.
The only thing I am looking for is having fun and quality of life, hence the Engineering.

With Engineering I can summon my mailbox, Jeeves, auto-repair hammer, mounts/pets etc.
Is there another fun profession out there that actually does something?
I am currently thinking of JC because it requires ores and Engineering also requires ores.
Alchemy is also an option because of the flask making, really nice to have!
Any profession is open for me tho.

Personally, I always fall back on Alchemy and Engineering.

Flasks are good.
