What did they do to resto shaman?

I feel like this spec is broken atm. I was able to heal with this spec somewhat ok 2 weeks ago but suddenly it feels like a wet noodle.

I was able to climb to 2049 in solo shuffle earlier this season but now I’m stuck at 1800.

I’m aware that this spec has been in the bottom tier the whole season but now it feels exponentially worse.

IMO, the spec is overshadowed by top-tier healers who can recover their team later in a game far easier (while staying oppressive) and eventually win.
