What do you do with you excess honor, especially if you want to make golds?

You can purchase recipes and Vicious Bloodstones with honor and sell them on the AH.
NPC Hotharn sells them and can be found next to the other pvp vendors in Dornogal. They are located at The Contenders Gate.
