Not impossible, maybe they’ll add some things that were never added during BFA.
Before the introduce it , I hope they consider removing the requirements or implementing some form of better gear acquisition

With a similar system as the others. 50 tw tokens = 250 or more repu and of course account bound.
I collect on 12 characters and i have more than 30k.
50 tw = 500 repu would be a dream 
Tokens generally give 300.

Probably yes. They never officially stated so, but both BFA and SL saw additions of TW expansions if that’s anything to go by.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but so far there’s nothing for 10.1.7 yet, and 10.1.7 will release somewhere in fall.
I think it’s gonna get introduced here. It’s not such a hard thing to implement.
