What does "Selected" and "Eligible" mean in the Twitch drops?

I am feeling a bit confused about the wording of some of the upcoming drops on Twitch.

“Watch at least two hours of WoW: Dragonflight content of select World of Warcraft channels while this Twitch Drop is active to earn the festive Perpetual Purple Firework toy.”

“…you can also show your support for your favorite WoW creators by gifting an eligible creator’s channel two Twitch subscriptions.”

What channels are supposedly “selected” and “eligible creators”?

Is this something that is TBA, are they WoW partners or is it just a matter of the streamers having turned on drops for their channels?

Drops can be activated on nearly every channel… I guess only limitation is actibe viewers/subs?
That’s what is meant by selected.

As for the gift subs only some creaters that Blizzard chooses will be eligible.

Hopefully the eligible/selected creators will make themselves known nearer the time to make it easier :+1:

Selected should be:
You have the option to activate WoW in your twitch menu as a streamer. This means basically any streamer on Twitch (no matter how small the audience) can select the reward system.
Eligible creators will be most likely the big ones that already have a good standing with Blizzard, for example Towelie, Asmongold, the whole raid/arena/dungeon streamers or content creators that do lore videos or similar things.

edited: Eligible could even mean that they get money from Blizzard for streaming WoW - so that could include bigger streamers that aren’t necessarily WoW streamers by definition
