What happened to the sound of the voice of murlocks?

They sound like babies.

Feels like instead of trying to make things in WoW fun and ridiculous they go for cute and childish.

Personally I think they’ve added more than the fair share of ridiculous in this expansion. As for the murlocs, you can’t really make them any worse.

People call this expansion extremely whimsical and infantile for a reason. Hence the nickname for the Dragon Isles being the “Disney Isles”.

It’s all part of the new guard take over who are sailing the ship now.

Even Voice actors to NPCs sound awful, except the Dragon Ascpects like Alexstrasza, Nozdormu, Kalecgos, Sindragosa and Meritha

Dragon isles have gorlocs. They sound different.

Fun fact, Alexstrasza is voiced by the lady who did Aribeth from Neverwinter Nights.

Yet another reason HotU was one of the best expansions ever, a lot more de Tylmarande content.
