I recently came back and picked up my weeklies but to my surprise, there wasn’t against overwhelming odds at any of the NPCs. I don’t really think that ally/horde ratio suddenly became ok so did it get removed?
It wouldn’t be the first time during Shadowlands that the quest has not been available.
You should be able to see what the current percentage is in game:-
It’s still in the game but only available if WM bonus is 20% or above. Alliance have been at 15% a long time. This is a big change from BfA where we were usually 20% or above, and sometimes even 30%. Looks like the bonus system somewhat worked to rebalance WM!
I miss the call to arms quests and AOO. Tho I don’t care about the reward, it did make WM more alive. But, they may also have contributed to fluctuating WM on/off and perhaps the CTA quests removal is why we sit at 15%. Dunno, guessing out loud.
It will be back when patch 9.1 drops.
A lot of horde have been away doing other things while SL has been in a content drought.
