What happened to Death's Advance?!

For 8 sec, your movement speed is increased by 30%, you cannot be slowed below 100% of normal speed, and you are immune to forced movement effects and knockbacks.

Passive: You cannot be slowed below 70% of normal speed.

where the hell is this : Passive: You cannot be slowed below 70% of normal speed. part of the skill.

This is the best part of the skill … and it doesn’t work …

It compare a frost mage’s slow between a warrior and a DK, you will notice that the DK can be slowed but not below 70% whereas the warrior can.

You are perfectly right … but that doesn’t happen.
At 70% movement speed I should still feel like I’m able to move a little bit.
It worked just fine at the start of BfA.

Blizzard happens

Did you test it out? If that is the case, then report it as a bug. If not, then do it. Bug reports without evidence is useless. Plus 30% slow is pretty huge still, so even with this talent you will be moving slowly.

It works perfectly fine.

It’s not a passive which is always active if you thought that, it’s only active during Death’s Advance.

Meh ?
If it’s a passive that works during the active, then it’s an active, not a passive…
If you have a proper look at the spell’s description, you’ll read that during the buff you can’t be slowed below 100%, so the 70% can only be when the ability is not used “as an active”, therefore why it’s called “passive”.

Download an addon called ‘Monkey Speed’, this addon tells you the speed you are currently moving at in %.
