Last time we saw Lothraxion was in Legion with the Army of the Light, but he was also a member of paladin Order Hall. Since the army joined the Alliance does that mean he is Alliance as well or neutral like the Order Hall was?
Nobidy know. Only the LF Draenei joined the alliance. We doesn’t saw Lothraxion again since BfA.

The entire Army of the Light joined the Alliance until proven otherwise, which means that the Alliance also controls Lothraxion and his flagship, the Aurobos. But just like the VIndicaar, the Aurobos (an actual dimensional spaceship) is nowhere to be seen in this war.

He still have his own dimensional ship, the Aurobos and okay, Sargeras was imprisoned, but the Legion, the great dragon without a central leadership, safe to say, became a Hydra, a monster with thousand heads, and every head is a Nathrezim or surviving Eredar or Annihilian with its private little army and Legion ships…
The Legion remnants are still out there and God knows what they are doing right now? Aside ruling over planets and expanding their little territory

The Lightforged were just a part of the Army of the Light, and the Vincdicaar and the Lightforged while joined the Alliance, they are I think nothing more just a little support, the rest of the Army of the Light - including High Commander Lothraxion - continnues the Naaru crusade against chaos for and ordered, Light controlled universe…
