I am NOT saying to turn WoW into Tera (eww) but I feel both male and female could use some new armor models, most people I see are running Vanilla and TBC two-pixel armor that look horrid. IF any are added – they should be in the form of cosmetics, since there’s so few already, limiting to armor class would be bad.

Tbf some gladiator roman inspired “skimpy” armor, or some persian style warrior ones would be cool ngl, and for all genders ofc. Don’t need to hide the Quads, when my char never skipped leg day

I somewhat understand that, but I think that equality means celebrating women/men despite their sexual insecurities or liberations. Give us more options.
I find that logic odd as I’ve only ever seen female players want to wear the skimpy sets.
Look at the AQ Robes, which are very revealing on female characters, yet female players are the ones who really want to use them.

My wife constantly asks for more skimpy armor (she’s nothing like that irl btw). Sometimes we want to express a certain way, but Blizzard keeps thinking that this is somehow bad. I also don’t get it.

Which is equally contradicting because Blizzard also say, “we want players to express their characters as much as possible.”
To be honest, they miss out the extra bit of “we want players to express their characters as much as possible, but only in ways WE agree with.” Typical California mindset. They live in a hivemind - god knows what I was thinking in 2014 when I said I’d love to visit California…

It’s not my kinda thing but people should have the option to express themselves. Isn’t that what everyone’s fighting for nowadays? Be yourself, express yourself the way you want to.

Thank you! And this is amazing news, color me very surprised. In that person’s account I also saw a possible blood troll outfit. That thing is possibly the skimpiest armor in the game, if it truly makes it for players, I can see many people dying happy.

Perhaps it’s a new era for WoW, at least that’s what I’m feeling with DF. I don’t think the Blood Troll outfit will ever make it, but I’m hoping.

Honestly no. Tons of guys use them, including old and young. But it’s way more popular with the ladies than you think. It’s self expression and honestly letting people express themselves the way they like is only a positive. (Unless it’s really really wrong, of course.) It’s why the ‘‘body type 1&2’’ changes happened too. It wasn’t to make dudebros mad but to make a certain part of the community happy and that’s what matters to them to begin with

Ive seen many “my wow characters” videos on youtube to know that females use the revealing outfits more than males.
i also noticed females really love blood elves, druids, and draenei. lol.
