I have been playing on cloth alt and wanted to get some cloth transmog from Shadowlands and I went there and it says “Go do lvling campaign” and I cannot switch to threads of fate.
Even though I’ve done Shadowlands all the way through when it was retail expansion on my main.
for the love of god I don’t wanna complete this stupid Shadowlands campaign on my alts just to get a belt appearance…
Why is it even a thing, why cannot I choose covenant on 70 lvl alt and get my transmog

It still seems to work in certain cases, though. I think it might have been a char I haven’t touched SL on and the reached level 60, or dunno. But most of my chars, after the change, couldn’t do ToF but some could. … Hmmm, maybe only my evokers. Special case for the class? I doubt it.
evokers cannot do the campaign at all, they get the threads always.

now you can choose the expansion you wanna level in from 50-60 with chromie time
unfortunalty, from my own experiance trying Cataclysm and MOP, the mobs are extremely overpowered. Scaling issue. some quests i couldnt even do at all as i keep dying.
some recommended to me to try WOD, but i have been too busy today to try it. so good luck
Funny how Blizzard makes an exception where presumably they would have to put some effort into content adaptation for the class. (Why else would they make this exception?)
threads of fate was a far better and faster levelling experience, if you still have a lot of alts then your going to be braindead and totally fed up of wow after doing the same repetetive quests over and over again on all your alts,i know after levelling another 3 alts through shadowlands campaign im sick of doing same quests over and over , at least threads you could alternate how you levelled
