I had that issue but I do the pull in viper, let the pet get aggro, switch to hawk pop CDs (BW, RF, BF, trink) with misdirect up on the pet.

Well⊠If I had Misdirection, I wouldnât have issue with pet loosing aggro.
Issue is that Hunter get Misdirection at level 70. I was level 50 at the moment when I wrote this on forum asking for help, thus Misdirection and exotic pet is not an option yet.
By this time I had to figure out by myself that turtle with talent points spent on 2/2 Natural Armor, 2/2 Pet Barding, 2/3 Great Stamina and 2/2 Guard Dog perform even worse on holding aggro than cat with 2/2 Cobra Reflexes and 3/3 Spiked Collar, which is kinda ridiculous that additional threat from 2/2 Guard Dog is still less than what Ferocity pet produce with normal Growl and itâs higher damage output.
Shall I use 2/2 Cobra Reflexes and 3/3 Spiked Collar talents for Tenacity pet as well?
Also shall I prioritize Thunderstomp over Guard Dog for now? I donât have level high enough ATM to have talent points for both.
yeah get TS if you often pull more than 2 mobs. imo if you are pulling 2 you can frost trap 1 mob and have turtle tank the other.
