I never played WOW before. I just raise a character to level 20 and I want to play more.
Im trying to buy Shadowlands epic edition but I receive this message:
“You need to subscribe or add game time to play WOW Shadowland Epic Edition”
Well, what it’s saying is that you need game time or a subscription, so I assume that is what it means.
This is kind of odd, because
a) Heroic and Epic editions include a month of game time and
b) That isn’t specified in the Shop, and they are usually deadly accurate about what they say in the Shop https://eu.shop.battle.net/en-gb/product/world-of-warcraft-shadowlands
Requires World of Warcraft®, Internet connection, Blizzard® registration, and Blizzard® Battle.net® desktop application to play.
If you do take out a subscription
or buy game time
the extra month you get with your Epic Edition will be added to your game time, ofc.
So I would buy the game time or set up a sub. With game time or a sub, you can level to level 50; adding Shadowlands will allow you to level to 60, starting tomorrow. Warning: it can take some time for your payment to be processed, or released or whatever. Usually not more than a day, but they do allow for up to three days.
Edit: Thanks for the correction about Heroic not having gametime. Sloppy of me.
I don’t think the Heroic version has gametime.
No, only the epic one this time has gametime included.
