I remember seing something about that in the Gordon and Gino visit naples series or w/e, one of the oldest pizzarias in the country or w/e, the man there and gino explained about it representing the colours of italy and yeah I can imagine, I would love to visit Rome, I would love to visit the Vatican archives/library but unsure if thats a thing normies can do
The order on which you place things really makes or changes a burger yeah, I often pansear the buns on the inside so they become a bit more crunchy, also helps with keepin the juices in control.
If you’re a bacon guy on the burger my order is top to bottom sauce, union, bacon, cheese, patty, lettuce, tomato
I’m so sorry… https://external-preview.redd.it/eIkYJ01YyjIU4DZZ96sexEOZ97S2JKs1F4_fT82oKIg.jpg?auto=webp&s=bbd2663f5e06c910eb111b623c58f54adf68e637
Gotta pansear or like you said the sauces go abit iffy, make it soggy almost, love a jalapeno in a burger aswell if its beef+bacon combo some montary jack ouph
Isn’t that a bit risky going top to bottom like that? Just how much do you sear the bun? I guess it’s not too bad if you take out the seeds and the goop and eat it quick.
Lol yeah Gordon is super chill when he’s doing other stuff, and wtf I never heard of the rat incident lol I dont think I even wanna atch that, and yeah can imagine the Vatican has alot of places closed off to the general public, if I went to Italy I would love to visit the Tuscany countryside
depends on how hot the pan is, if bun has a nice straight cut I put a knife’s tip of butter in the pan and just gently press it down while slowly rotating it in the pan. I usually have the pan scorching hot so 10 seconds to get a good nice browning
I actually tried it in different ways, the lettuce between the tomato and the patty kind of helps me taste both better, without the lettuce they sort of blend together in taste for me
that’s me tho, taste differs per person ofc
Rasiglia is one of the best little cityes.
they made a small river decorating it all around putting fake grass and then adding small stables, animals, wilmills etc.
