Hi all,
I wonder what is the cr and exp that everyone asks when creates a battleground group. Then many time they ask for link for experience. What is this link?

I believe CR is current rating and exp is experience (aka the highest rating you had).
A link would be some achievement that shows that you had/have that rating.
So any new player is doomed to stay out of most of the rbg

Well, not only new players will be unable to meet these requirements but players who have not played yet or have not played in a long time or players who simply have never been able to reach that high.
The good news is: You are not alone with this so you can and will be able to find people to play with.
The bad news: If you cannot find a group which has no requirements you will have to build one yourself and try your best with those people. Depending on your ambition and goal, this will be quite easy or more difficult to achieve.
For a new player you might want to check if there are any new player / beginner / “low level” communities or guilds who play rated battlegrounds because leading such a group without experience might be a little bit tough unless you just want to give it a shot =)
