I am one of the people with their characters in Limbo. I have seen multiple forum posts popping up and ingame the chat is full of people with the same issue. The only responses from a CS i see is a link to a Tech Support page that does not help. After people acknowledge that this did nothing, there is no further dialog from the CS.
There is no way to have an ongoing conversation with anyone to explain the situation and some people have not been able to play their main for over 24h.
This is in no way acceptable and I am very curious what is going on. Is there not enough CS members? Are they new? Any information would be welcome, other then the bot-replies we are getting. It is the Weekend and people can finally play. Fix the issue asap, restart the server, manually kick the characters in limbo, anything!
Is this referring to the “a character with that name…” issue?
Because a Blizzardian did infact react about a hour ago and merged the threads, providing said support article and suggesting that if players aren’t helped with it to create a support ticket.
Players who make a ticket after not being able to self help will get their tickets prioritised on this issue.
Could you tell me then how to make a correct ticket? The system is designed to make u go in circles. I managed to make a ticket under Not Listed Here but not sure if it will get the same attention?
how does one create a ticket for this issue, the only way i found out how was by saying my character is stuck, use the auto stuck page and then create a ticked when it failed. Its not the issue that’s a problem but the inability to report and request help leads you into countless articles and the only way to create a ticket with ease is billing issues, wonder why that’s the case…
The greenpost above stated these tickets get prioritized which is obviously not true, and just like any blue response, they do not return for further discussion.
This guy has miraculously been able to determine the speed of millions of Blizzard responses to players worldwide. Amazing.
Suspecting understaffed, large volume of tickets, and copy paste responses to get through them in the fastest time possible - unfortunately that means tickets that need genuine help don’t get it.
