I did one that gives Legionfall rep ,but it didn’t count for quest 
It’s a mission from your Mission Table in your class hall that has the Broken Shore as a background to the mission panel.
Legionfall rep should have been fine but perhaps there is a rare chance it wasn’t an official Legionfall mission.

Yeah, i though the same ,pretty sure last time i did it was ok.
I will pay attention on background next time ty!
I got caught out the same way. You have to peer quite closely at the background of the misson you are picking to make it qualifies.
Iirc I ended up looking on wowhead or Google to see which one I needed.
I did check on wowhead ,and it’s written that rep ones are ok which confused me even more.
