What is something you wish you could tell your raidleaders?

Nope, but like I said they do have a free for all approach when it comes to loot. However the whole team was doing reclears because of a tanks tier set, I and my firends assumed that the drop would be reserved at this point and on another note I assumed that Steve ( the person who rolled on it on an alt) wouldn’t be so selfish to roll and that piece of loot and keep the whole team hostage for at least another week.

free for all their undergeared alts to roll on gear below your team`s ilvl, which your team clearly doesnt need…

Its simple, like in irl, if you want to keep that kind of guild you have to be their carrier for some time before they wont accept you and that means not voicing your discomfort with the fact they quite frankly abuse your time.
most people just don’t want that, that’s why most are guildless and prefer pugging.
there are benefits for both paths…

Nothing that I wouldn’t say

Oh yeah I fully agree. While I do prefer raiding in a guild over in PuG, I fully understand that good guilds are hard to find, and it’s even harder to find a good guild that’s right for you. Like I said I was part of that guild at one point, I knew they weren’t particularly good, but I did enjoy raiding with them because of the community, it’s when I was “on the outside” when it got sour. Also the leadership of guild had gone way soft, when I was officer we demanded that our raiders do at least 1 M+ for the vault, if they didn’t have a key it was provided. From what I understand now only a few people were doing keys (under 15s) and the rest were just raidlogging and preying for drops.
