What is the Alliance, What is the Horde Blizzard?

What is the Alliance, What is the Horde Blizzard???

Can you answer that??

Why is the Alliance “called” the Alliance. Why is the Horde “called” the Horde?? What is the “Point” of the Alliance, What is the “Point” with the Horde??

What is Warcraft???

Ohh that’s right you don’t have a clue and never have and don’t really care and never cared what Warcraft is all about.

“The Horde” was the name coined by Ner’Zhul to basically call the union of all tribes when it was sent to Azeroth to conquer it, as it acted as an unstoppable Horde to wash over the humans.

The Alliance is called that way because it originally started as an alliance of the independent human kingdoms such as Lorderon, Alterac and the dwarves. It was formed to combat the thread of the horde during the second invasion, and also collapsed afterwards. Mind you, Lorderon, as Stormwind was destroyed during the first invasion of the Horde.

Warcraft is the name Sam Didier originally chose for the games because “it sounded super cool”. It had no specific meaning.

We’re an Alliance of rightful and honorable people… and then there is the ugly Horde of beast-men, abominations and warmongering aliens who think they have a right to lands on our planet after destroying their own without playing nice. Well, and a few races who accidentially or for weird reasons chose not to join the correct faction, but should have come around over the past expansions. :man_shrugging:

A deep question…

What is the Alliance? A handful of very entitled overpowered humanoids who think they are the peak of morality.

The Horde? A bunch of cavemen with sticks and axes who need to stay together to avoid being completely obliterated by the Alliance.

For the Horde!!!

That’s rich coming from a member of a race that had all those problems with the trolls because they took land that wasn’t theres

Considering they just announced that the majority of the revamped Silvermoon City will be Horde exclusive, I think they know.

Just those who evolved further outgrowing the backward ones.

Even then.

Your a void elve wich was a blood elve who travelled to where silbermoon is today and settled when it was already troll territory

I guess now these names are just labels. Nothin else

Yeah, and if we - the further evolved race - were able to displace the others, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. One thing is evolution and growth, what the green aliens were doing is just theft.

It’s still theft
You had a perfectly good home you just wanted a second one.

But if it goes like that the only horde race that actually would be at fault would be the orcs but also kinda not cause thrall specifically choose an uninhabited land for the orcs.
The other horde races are all from this planet so there home is where they belong

:man_facepalming:

People are taking it literally.

He’s talking about the non-existent faction conflict.

Nah, we were exiled from ours because we didn’t want to stop doing pink sparcly magic and had to find a new home. And yeah, as I said, most races that are still Horde have no real reason anymore to stay Horde and should just join the Alliance. Orcs remain alien invaders no matter if the were already born on Azeroth… and just because the lands were uninhabited at the time doesn’t mean some folks from another planet have any right to claim it.

Yeah, there’s no reason anymore to keep it going nowadays. Get rid of the orcs or have them behave nicely like the draenei and we’re gucci.

Nah I would say claiming durotar was fine.

There was nothing but barren land and those pig guys.
And the only race that would be welcomed in the alliance are the tauren.
I highly doubt you would be cool with trolls and absolutely not with forsaken.
And let’s not start with the allied races.
Talanji would only talk with the alliance if she gets proudmoors head on a plate

That entitled princess just needs to get her facts straight. Not our fault her daddy was too proud to yield and decided to go down in flames. Alliance just wanted him to surrender, not to die.

Forsaken are just undead humans and should be back with the Alliance anyway. We just need to work on the weird prejudices people have against undead, but other darkfallen are already doing a good job… and Lilian Voss is already BFF with Shandris and Tess.

Trolls, well… they are just backward night & blood elves… and blood elves and nightborne should have joined the Alliance anyway. Leaves tauren, which are already quite docile with druids and shamans. Goblins are just gnomes in green… which have to be watched closely so they don’t destroy the environment, but as long as they get supervision, it should be fine.

Come on you can’t just walk into his throne room and expect him to yield.
You know for how long he was king?
That was a proud man and I doubt varian would have given up nor would you guys have wanted him to give up

No joke switch rastakahn with Varian and the alliance would sing songs of his bravery and will power and how the horde fought dirty by luring out most forces with a trick

Their fleet was destroyed and the city sacked, he died stupidly.

Do you want to speak to an adult? Or do you need a safety blanket?

You seem to be very upset by something, that’s quite insignificant!

Excuse me? :nail_care:

It’s basically because “No playable High Elves.”

For me, as a High Elf supporter, I’m happy with this because it means Blizzard can actually do the playable High Elves justice and introduce them the CORRECT way which shows Quel’dorei independence and not needing to leach off Sin’dorei
