Multi-school abilities benefit from bonuses that affect any of their schools, use the lowest resistance value among their schools, ignore absorption and immunity effects that apply to only some of their schools, and can be used even when one or more of their schools have been locked with an interrupt effect.
It means if you get cut on Holy, you’ll be still be able to cast it. Considering the number of cut effect there is in MM+ this season, i do like this. In PVP, it’s a massive buff, especially if it’s paired with the instant Radiance talent, which means the only way to get cut on radiance would be to be cut on Light’s wrath.

I would prefer if they change it to Twilight school instead of Radiant. Twilight is combination of Holy and Shadow, so that would make more sense and would bring more synergies, like it would be buffed by Shadow Covenant, which would be nice buff.
As said above, even as radiant spell, it will be way better in PvP.
