What is the cap lv for Heart of Azeroth in patch 8.2?

Before 8.2, the cap was 50…what’s the cap lv now?

I think it’s 70 as of right now.

Caps out at 70, which iirc is also when you’ll unlock the Rank 4 essence related to the dragonflight quests.
