So how high is the chance of me getting an answer to my ban appeal before the weekend? The ban was applied at 9.48pm on a sunday so it is clearly automated.
Wont say more because that goes against the forum rules but will I have to wait it all out or will a CS rep magically appear?
Even if a CS rep appears they will not be handling ban inquiries over the forums. The ticket queue is quite long with many issues going around.

Probably, but it is still worth appealing it, because if your appeal is upheld, you can ask for it to be purged from your record, so that it will not lead to longer bans in the future.
