the stats says the same, a weapon enchant thats bronze or rank 2 gives the same amount of mastery on earthern writ. is it proc chance thats better? is tooltip bugged, what is it

Its a bug silver the stat needs to be higher then bronze
SO HOW much more do silver stat give ? we dont know yet?
Item enhancements are hard to understand. There are usual green blue purple quality marks so to say, and on top of that copper, silver gold grades.
Tool-tip displays same values for all grades ??? 
Socket for necklace is also confusing.
Ok, i am assuming that gold = three, silver = two, copper = one socket.
Does that mean that i have to buy three gold ones if i want all three sockets, or one gold + one silver + one copper?
