So I was really excited this morning when I opened my Vault on my Mage and there was a Spell Dagger, which happened to be the best upgrade for me.
Finally, I could get rid of the Sword, and transmog the Nightfae one hand Transmog (which happens to be a Wand) and wear my Night Fae transmog with pride :D…
BLIZZ: LOL NO!!!
nope, I can’t transmog my Dagger into Wands either. Which means I STILL can’t wear my Night Fae (Renown) transmog set and have it look complete.
So in a fit of Anger I went through the Dungeon Journal to look to find where I could find a Wand which it can be transmogged on to… THERE ARE NO WANDS!!!
So when can I wear my Night Fae Transmog on my Mage… if I don’t have a 2 Hand Staff? Because there are no Wands for me to Transmog the Wand onto. The Covenant Transmogs was one of the main selling points of the expansion!
Ion went on Camera and said that in SL they were fixing it so Daggers could be transmoged with other weapons for Casters… seems he forgot about it.
Yes, I by clicking off from Mage only items, I did find a Dagger which I could buy… it definitely for Rogues… it’ looks ridiculous on a caster.
It’s not going to replace my 226 Dagger… and I’m don’t think I’m going to be raiding Mythic any time soon.
I am still so unbelievable upset and angry about this. I spent months saving the anima and bought the main transmog a couple of weeks ago, and have just been waiting for a new weapon to use it.
This wasn’t a small dedication… this was MONTHS of hard work saving to buy the Renown set.
Well maybe before you played another class that was unaffected by the problem and did not see it.
When I played Priest in BFA and Mh+oh where the way to go I absolutely hated that I could not get a staff appearance for my shadow without getting a staff, while at least as holy/disc I could mog my Artifact.
I admit I had that on my warlock (the other way around ). Thing on my warlock is, I use a staff from MoP as tmog, so when I get a wand, I feel I look “less”
