Its a talent point to get sunfire when you enter lunar eclipse… but if you have moonfire up when that happens, and cast sunfire, it overwrites the moonfire with sunfire.
So whats the point of that talent point?
correct me if im wrong but the logic is that it changes the damage type of the moonfire so it can benefit from the corresponding eclipse
It’s not a seperate dot, hence sunfire vs moonfire doesn’t really matter. It’s more about if spending a gcd to refresh early is worth it to get the eclipse damage buff on a DoT that was done out of eclipse
