Hi i`am new on frost mage,and i have read on forum about frost mage have problem with Proc munching ,what they means ?

I’m not an expert but i think it is wasting procs because they overlap like Brain Freeze and Fingers of Frost, when you have them both in the same time you basically waste Fingers of Frost proc because Brain Freeze combo is more important. I can be wrong though 
proc munching is the act of getting a proc of something you’re already capped on.
If you have a brainfreeze proc, use frostbolt and proc another brainfreeze then you munched your current proc.
Same goes for 2 fingers of frost.

If you have brain freeze then frostbolt + flurry you can get another brainfreeze proc. Actually got 3 in a row last night! Thought it was bugged or something lol
Frost’s proc munching is when you have a brain freeze proc so you frostbolt + flurry but the frostbolt (or orb) procs a FoF. So your brainfreeze flurry hits and you have 2 charges of shatter and have to use your FoF proc therefore kinda wasting a either FoF or shatter stack depending on how you look at it.
Guys I have similar question. As I know when I have brain freeze proc I should cast frostbolt first and then use brain freeze immediately so my frostbolt will have crit chance like vs frozen target. But also when we use flurry with brain freeze we get 2 stacks of Winters Chill.
So I don’t understand why I get frostbolt higher crit chance and still get 2 stacks of Winters Chill. When I cast frostbolt and use brain freeze my flurry hits the target first, giving me winters chill effect with 2 stacks on enemy. So shouldn’t my first frostbolt use first winters chill stack?
Flurry hits 3 times and each hit refreshes the 2 stacks of shatter. Frostbolt hits after the first, uses a stack the flurry hits again to top up the stacks of debuff.
