Not if you join the community I linked… that’s what it is for - helping people like you.
Who ever put pet battles in the game should be fired
I assume nothing of the sort. Don’t know whether you are in a guild at all? I’ve helped rebuild my current guild, I’m very proud of having been part of that as a matter of fact. Why is this relevant? Because I now run with minimum 3/5 guildies these days, sometimes 5/5. And yeah, sometimes, oftentimes, I run with less geared people to help them out.
I think we are wasting our time - this person doesn’t want actual help… just wants to moan.
Instead of being rude, can you link the actual “community join link” instead of a link to a thread? i’ve tried going to that thread before but that told me that “the link has expired”.
As someone who had no interest in doing ANYTHING at all, I can tell you something about these inGame features: They are fun if you put some time into them.
I thought Archaeology was so lame but after I started diggin’ into it (pun-hoho) I actually began to enjoy it. Ditto for Battle Pets which was a steep curve but it paid off. On the other hand, you have that Nightborne. Get the only suited staff for their Heritage Armor (colors) which should kill some time at least: Long-Reach Elekk Prod, which is an Alliance-only quest as far as I remember. I got it for my one and it looks great on them.
But anyway, there is plenty to do inGame. You simply need to fight your inner laziness and try it out. What about titles? Get some good ones for your characters.
On the contrary they leave on the drop of a hat. M+ pug it’s not easy. Soooo many thing that could go wrong. As well as guild but regarding the latter you’re more willing to forgive mistakes, wipes and poor DPS, more often depleting the key, while pug if you’re the owner you’re always on the clock, hoping for nobody leaving and therefor depleting the key for nothing, not even a weekly bloody chest.
I run 13 dungeons since Friday and only in 2 occasions people left, always Russian players. I don’t wanna sound racist but they’re always the first to leave.
And there are a lot of M+ below 10 that they’re easy to complete, on time as well.
I actually quite enjoy these content gaps in an expansion. Gives me a chance to go back and do old acheivements, collect mogs/pets/mounts, level up an alt or two, work on professions, or just revisit old content I enjoyed.
I deliberately left the Chromie stuff in Legion as Im saving it for if I get really bored!
I suppose if you only enjoy shiny new stuff then you should probably just unsub until a new patch comes out. Personally I like wringing every penny out of my subscription by doing as much different types of content as I can (I may even venture into PVP one day!).
I think what you’re really asking is: “What is there to do at 120, aside from Mythic+, raids and PvP?”
You said you play on AD? Maybe try to organise or take part in some roleplay, whether its serious or more light hearted. Even an event which is non-roleplay related but still player curated could be interesting (invading a city will probably destroy the server’s performance, just saying). I know you’re not going to want to mindlessly complete WQs or farm Warfronts/Island Expeditions (lol), but unfortunately BfA is designed around those systems which aren’t engaging you.
Honestly, I think the best thing for you to do would be to take a break from the game and think about whether there’s anything that will keep you engaged for this patch and/or the next. We could try suggesting different things, but at the end of the day it’s you who needs to decide whether there’s still something to do. 8.2 is bringing some changes with the new essence system and so on, maybe you’ll find your spec becomes a bit more fun to play with? Or you could try out Classic in August if 8.2 isn’t enough, see if it gets you hooked?
I’m not even playing actively at the moment, just spamming Warfronts on my alts for transmog and procrastinating with leveling my characters. I’ve been playing some Oblivion and other games in the meantime, and I’m looking at stuff like E3. One thing I’m definitely looking forward to is Classic, I have fond memories of playing the game during TBC and I want to play around with it.
I’m the same, now that I don’t have to AP farm I’m having a whale of a time doing all the things I normally don’t have time for. It’s great. I have time to spend on alts, transmog, toys, mounts, achievements, levelling for heritage etc etc.
Mount collecting, achievements, pets, mythical, raiding, pvp! I play a lot and Ive barely scratched the surface
Edit: mythical iphones…
@OP you got to make you own fun, there are tons of stuff to do as other ppl mentioned, however you cannot expect me to tell you what would be fun for you to do.
Get lvl 500 honor.
Today I have made a suicide run to Rastakhan throne as this char and atm she is parked sitting there, at Zanda Kings chair.
Was much more exiting journey than my last pug run.
