Over the years i have kept logging into my characters i have parked on the boat and trickled down this achivement, but this one “Dalaran ritual” has never appeared.
Does it need some special trigger or something?
It seems to be really rare. In the comments more players are asking.

I just thought it was locked behind story completion or something, the guy i have parked there is not an alt i did much on
