Sorry to be so honest but, YES this is normal for Warlocks.
Affliction ist atm a weak spec in PvP compared to rogue that has 3 insane specs for PvP.
With same gear and skill you should never win a fight against a rogue. That´s how it is.
Destro and Demo are stronger in 1vs1 but not at the Top.
Affliction ist a bad designed Spec atm and Blizzard told us that there will be no major changes till 9.0.

blizzard (activision) no longer balance the game around pvp that is why assa is so dumb right now you can litrally roll your face across the keyboard

Yeah, i have encountered some rogues basically assassination rogues and they all died by my hands xD
When they stun me twice, I use my bubble and stun them back and use my roots on them as well with a racial ability that will reveal them at any moment.
I don’t know why, They want to attack a i400+ pally + lvl 24 honor ? Is it because of my transmog? ( they think I am weak?) xD

No, if you are naked you will just die faster, even if you play a paladin with nine lives… assuming you know how to use your cd’s, which I doubt you do.

just saying, ilvl is low and honor lvl 24 is mega low. Why I know? I think i m at 32 and havent really played pvp since beginning of legion 
No! They don’t know, how to play in pvp situations or they have no idea, when facing a Paladin.
Basically, he should have paired up with another rogue or a caster to kill a Paladin and make him use all his CD’s. Then, kill him.
The last time, I faced one… He was trying to pressure me with his poisons but as a pally I can cast a spell that can cure me of toxins. So, it’s a win - win situation for me.
So, usually, a good rogue never faces a pally alone but a pro-rogue with BiS gear can face them with ease…

So, if I do face a pro-rogue, I use my bubble and teleport ( hearthstone).

So, what op post is… He can’t do anything against a Rogue, because he is a warlock ( although, warlocks have lilith to do the stun, charm, etc) but because he is a warlock. He is an easy prey for rogues. ( I don’t know about warlocks that well but that’s how it is for cloth armor classes)
So, having skill or knowledge about your class based on it’s strength and weakness, is a boon for any wPvP scenarios.
Erm…are you bragging with 400 ilvl and honor lvl 24? Or am i misunderstanding you?
