What is up with the queues? bug or not

So i come home from work, 1 hour till dinner. “Lets do 2-3 bg’s to relax and game a bit and then eat dinner and watch some tv”

Que time for BG >1min average.
Me being in que for 10min; nothing happening. Ok no worries, some people said que might be bugged and you have to re-que if it doesnt pop within 5-10min.
i wait till im 20min in the BG que, get frustrated and re-que. rinse and repeat and im in que for the 3rd!!! time for 20minutes and still no BG pop. 1 hour long just watching youtube waiting for something to happen but nothing happens. nice way to gear up my char to get into arenas, sitting in que for an eternity. Even solo shuffle in retail pops faster

Alliance vs alliance exists, game is just buggy

it’s the same on horde though, it’s just bugged like everything, it’s a bit of a joke

then again they couldn’t even fix vendors on the wall so had to put it in shrine, it’s like a private server ffs but runs worse
