Que times. With 1k rio score and 221 ilvl it takes me around 1.5 hour to find a group for +13 +14 keys. Which is just insane. My alt mage with 211 finds such groups with ease.
When its not fortified week, Aff’s ramp up damage becomes a big issue, especially at times where Fire Mages or Unholy DKs pop their cooldowns on the packs. Pack dies very fast. Sometimes it dies when i am spreading the DoTs. Makes our damage VERY underwhelming. It looks very bad.
Both of these issues hold people back from farming rio score, which prevents us from climbing further in the keys.
It is not only that. We compete with just superior classes such as druids, and mages. They have more to bring apart of easily the same DPS without ramp up.
Druid is a pure powerhouse for utilities. Moreover, it can help the tank to regenerate health, clear stacks, etc. This is invaluable and can save any key. AOE is clearly better than locks one. Meanwhile, burst is better and it is a bit behind as ST.
Mages, well all mages bring BL. Only that beats all the utilities of warlocks. They have invisibility, immunity. Excellent crowd control stuff. Well, from that point further it is pointless to discuss DPS since it matters not.
Unfortunately, we cannot bring anything into the modern content of M+. In raids, we are good because we can turret most of the time. HS are valuable when it comes to 30 plebs. This is why they reverted our nerf. Because if they nerf us in raids, whole class will be bad in all contents of the game.
I call BS , you deal 25k DPS with a spec that by the time you have Agony on the mobs , said mobs are at 20% ?
While you Take 2.2 (approx) seconds to cast SoC and then ~1,3 seconds per mob to apply Corruption that deals LESS DAMAGE THAN MY CLASSIC WARLOCK’s if not fully stacked , everyone is bursting their behinds off and by the time you actually apply Agony and start spamming MG the mobs are at 20%
