This has been asked before but i am unsure.
atm i have 429 tank druid.
what mythic+ dungeons suitable and what arent?
like +1,+2,+3,+4 and so on.
In general it depends on your group. If you have 3 DPS at 480 and a 480 heal, you can go higher than if your whole group is 430, because stuff will die faster.
More or less, (it also depends on how good you know the dungeons) I’d say up to 15 ilvl drop above your ilvl is fine. That would currently be +6.
If you haven’t done much M+ yet, I suggest you do them all as +2 first, to get to know the dungeons. Gradually increase and your gear will also increase on the way. If your bear is 429, it’s not a loss to do +2s anyways, since they drop 435 and will therefore contain some upgrades.
Note that my answer is about what is possible. Most pugs wouldn’t invite a 430 tank to a +6

+1 is fine for 429
429 is more than fine to start going up from 0
I got a tank alt aswell, 424 and decided to apply to some keys, for a +6 they already ask for 460 ilvl. I managed to join a +4, got my key and leveled it to 8 but could have gone more.
So level your own key, like this you can also know how far you can push.

dam, with 460 i was already progressing 15s :S
people just want way to much “boosting”
490 3k R.io for a +15, according to people that want to be carried…

I know right, I am so glad I managed to escaped these guys for M+ at least by trying to do only guild/community runs.

If your druid is Alliance you should try joining the “Scared of Dungeons” community or the “Zen Horde” for the horde side.
You could have more quality runs and quick replies for advice there.

Blizzard actually consistently makes sure that content is very well scaled into eachother, and heroic dungeon gear is all you really need to start doing Mythic 0s, and from there you just climb the ladder.
