Wondering what key levels you need to do on both weeks to get KSM this season.
Does it have to be all 15’s more or less with very little leeway or is having like a singled 12 timed ( with the rest being 15’s ) on either week still good enough?
I’ve got all 15’s timed this week except PF which is untimed 15, street on a 14 timed and gambit ( Which I intend to do on a 12 or 13 at highest because screw that dungeon ). So does that mean that getting all 15’s timed next week wouldn’t be enough with my score on tyrannical?
As far as I know, you need to reach M+ rating that’s equal to all dungeons timed on +15 on both Tyrannical and Fortified, though you can do a few dungeons on lower keys if you complete some other dungeons on higher keys to compensate. You just need to reach the required rating.
All +15s timed both weeks is roughly KSM. If you do not have any keys timed above +15, then you can’t have any lower keys.
Correct. You’ll need to get some +16s or +17s timed next week to achieve KSM on week two in this case.
Do keep in mind that next week will likely be easier than the current one: bursting + storming is easier than bolstering + explosive, and fortified is generally easier than tyrannical too. People will also have their vault upgrade, and end of dungeon loot will no longer cap at 255 but 262, so you’ll have the advantage of better gear, too.
Even if you don’t time any more keys this week, doing a few higher level keys next week still lets you have KSM, so no need to panic!
You need 2500 rating, so theoretically everything at +15 on both affixes but as others have said you can vary it with what key levels you do, as long as you hit that score.
Last season, I had all forti +16 and 2 more of that on Tyrannical, with PF being a timed +5 and the rest 5 were 12-13ish with 1-2 overtime. With that I was ~2060.
Also, you can get it in one week if you do all +24 but… don’t count on that yet. Nobody has the gear yet.
That’ not exactly how it works. If you 2-star a +15 it gives you quite some extra points, so a few of them might also offset a few lower keys or non-timed 15’s.
And a non-timed 17/18 gives many extra points too.
2500 points, the benchmark for KSM is the equivalent of finishing all dungeons on both weeky with EXACTLY 0:00 left on the timer.
Any deviation in a positive direction (more timed saved or higher keys) is some plus points, and any deviation in the other way (more overtime, lower keys) is some minus, the two can balance out each other.
What rating do you need to upgrade max with valor? I’m at 2.2k and was surprised I could get my IQD to max all ready. Assuming it’s only 2k score this time round and not KSM?
Indeed, nor was I saying it works exactly like that, as I explained in the rest of my post.
I was under the impression it still requires KSM, but if you can upgrade with 2.2k, then it’s either 2k (the previous KSM), or 1850 (the current keystone conqueror). It does feel like an oversight, though.
